I began this piece began when the wildfires started & completed it as a tribute to the strength and resilience of all the victims. The colors represent courage, calmness, hope and the beauty that can arise from devastation. The California Fire Foundation supports fallen firefighters' families, injured firefighters, and disaster victims with emergency aid, scholarships, and community relief.
